Acting as the Voice for its members across the Whitfords area and representing their views in the community.

Objectives:

• To represent the community interests of members/ratepayers by presenting a unified voice on major issues 
• To work in a cooperative and cohesive manner for the benefit of members/ratepayers by providing the mechanism for members/ratepayers so that they can enjoy and participate in recreational activities.
• To comment on issues relevant to members/ratepayers concerns using media as required
• To support and encourage members/ratepayers to actively support youth programs and initiatives in local community organisations and schools for the benefit of the community
• To lobby and work with the Joondalup City Council for the betterment of the local community.
